Project Manager

The Project Manager position is responsible for coordinating and/or expediting construction and field related activities for external and internal customers. Responsibility will often include the lead role on specific customer accounts and high profile projects for field related resources and activities. Has overall project responsibility as it relates to installation and costing objectives.


  • College degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years in construction related field dealing with subcontractors.
  • 3-5 years plus experience in the construction field.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient PC skills to include MS Word and Excel. Very familiar with PC workstation systems.

  • Selection of all sub-contractors per project site basis.
  • Provide and submit approved construction/installation costs matrix to installers.
  • Conduct contractual language updates and reviews of Field Service Purchase Orders.
  • Review & Establish Scope of Work packets for sub-contractors.
  • Review & Approval of Technical Surveys.
  • Negotiation site specific Field Service Purchase Orders.
  • Set initial expectations of sub-contractors working on projects.
  • Properly document all Field Department activities in system.
  • Negotiate with subcontractors and revise Field Service Purchase Orders for all non-standard installation cost as well as field authorized product.
  • Expedite the submittal of documentation/invoices from unresponsive sub-contractors.
  • Conduct training for field resources in the field in accordance to a specific scope of work as needed.
  • Available to travel as required, and have the personal financial resources necessary for reimbursable travel expenses.


National Sales Executive

We are seeking a National Sales Executive to join our growing team! The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing leads and sales for all divisions of our company, as directed by the VP of Sales and Marketing. The divisions represented are Program Management (exterior signage), Lighting Upgrades and Interior Environments. It is a territorial based position that will include the states of Colorado, Kansas, Missouri, Iowa, Nebraska, Wyoming, Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota and Minnesota. Duties include direct responsibility for achieving established sales targets as well as working with the VP of Sales and Marketing and the InSite Group team to develop and implement an annual sales/marketing plan for the business unit. Activities will include prospecting, quoting, assurance of customer satisfaction and customer retention. Relocation is not required. Travel is required.
