THE PROJECT

Extended Stay America, Inc. (ESA), the largest owner/operator of company-branded hotels in North America, owns and operates 629 hotels in the U.S. and Canada. The InSite Group has been contracted with ESA since 2016 on their sign and lighting maintenance program.


OUR PROCESS

The InSite Group began by conducting a thorough asset survey to determine specific needs. In addition, when surveying all sites, each element was physically numbered and mapped so outages could easily be reported.

We delivered a process for on-call signage service and on-call lighting maintenance to be of assistance on demand by activating our national network of sub-contractors and relationships with multiple manufacturers.

We implemented communication and advanced reporting processes to keep the client updated at all times. By utilizing our proprietary web-based portal, SytLogic, the client can monitor project progress in real time.

 

CLIENT IMPACT

The InSite Group activated on-call signage and maintenance contractors to deliver 48 to 72 hour turn-around time for the first site trip.

Provided clear and concise price list in the contract ensuring the client’s ability to budget accurately. Delivered significant long-term savings on maintenance costs over the life of the converted signs.

Because of asset surveys, tagging and cataloging, the success rate of first trip completions increased substantially.
