When Your Client is Bought Out, What's Next?

We didn’t actually stow away in their suitcase, but when Clayton Bank, our long time client, was acquired by First Bank in 2017, The InSite Group was brought along as their branding partner to perform the conversion. 

 

THE PROJECT

FirstBank, Tennessee’s third largest headquartered bank, added  substantially to their presence when they acquired Clayton Bank and Trust. The InSite Group, having provided services to Clayton for more than 6 years, made the decision an easy one to use us to make the transition on all of their branches statewide.

 

OUR PROCESS

The InSite Group developed a cohesive family of signs for each branch, achieving maximum exposure and visual appeal. We performed city code and permitting research to ensure our designs and recommendations would be in compliance. 

The conversion included removal and replacement of all external and ATM signage at 24 branch locations and an additional 24 off-site ATM’s. An energy efficient lighting upgrade was performed on all new and re-faced signage and EMC digital displays were also installed at select locations. The project  was completed within 4 months.

Our project manager assumed the responsibility of procurement, inventory management, hiring skilled laborers from our network of installers and providing our own on-site management throughout the installations and at the statewide unveiling. 

 

CLIENT IMPACT

Our expertise in program management offered the client confidence and peace of mind that all branches would be completed by the deadline and within budget. 

The client experienced  immediate cost savings due to our vast negotiating skills with manufacturers and installer network. 

Our web based portal, SytLogic, was available to the client 24/7 so they could see the progress day by day.
